If your organization's administrator has connected Koan to Okta, choose "Sign in with Okta" when logging in. Once Okta gives the go-ahead, you'll land back on your Koan dashboard
I see "User is not assigned to the client application" when trying to sign in?
- You haven't been assigned to the Koan application in Okta. Contact your Okta administrator to make sure you have access to the app.
I see "Access Denied" with no further details?
- Your organization's integration with Koan may be incorrect, or the application's access may have been revoked. Contact your administrator to verify that the Koan application is configured correctly in Okta, and that Koan has the latest configuration.
