If your organization's administrator has connected Koan to OneLogin, choose "Sign in with OneLogin" when logging in. Once OneLogin gives the go-ahead, you'll land back on your Koan dashboard.
I see "End-user does not have access to this application" when trying to sign in?
- you haven't been assigned to the Koan application in OneLogin. Contact your OneLogin administrator to make sure you have access to the app.
I see "Access Denied" with no further details?
- your organization's integration with Koan may be incorrect, or the application's access may have been revoked. Contact your administrator to verify that the Koan application is configured correctly in OneLogin, and that Koan has the latest configuration.
