Note: Enterprise tier users will have separate invoices and should reach out directly to our team if payment details need to be changed.

Updating payment details

If you administer an org subscribed to a paid version of Koan, navigate to Manage Organization > "View/update your billing information" > Change payment info. 

Enter your new card, click 'Update Card', and you're good to go! Note that if you're on a custom Koan pricing plan, you may need to work with Koan support to update billing details.

Note: Only admins will have access to the billing settings. This setting can only be updated if someone is using a credit card and is not on a Premium plan.
