Do you want to view your current plan or update your billing information? Keep reading to learn how.
Note: If you are on a paid plan, only organization admins will be able to view and update billing details.
Viewing Your Account and Billing Information
To view and edit your account and billing information, select Manage organization, and then click the Billing icon.
This will take you to our Billing page, which will list your current plan, as well as your next billing date (if you are on a paid plan). Looking to update or cancel your plan? Go here to learn how!
To view and edit your billing details, select Open Stripe Portal under Billing details.
The Stripe portal will give you access to your billing information and will allow you to change it.
Note: If you are on an Enterprise or Legacy Plan and you aren't using a credit card for automatic payment, you will not be able to view and edit your billing details in the app. To make any changes to your billing details, reach out to us directly through the chat.
