Confidence ratings are a great way to update your team on how you're tracking towards your Key Results, but sometimes you need to leave feedback outside of the confidence ratings. In those cases, you can leave a comment on the Key Result. Navigate to the Discussion section, and click "Add post": 

Leave your feedback, ask the team a question, or give a quick update without changing your confidence rating.

Org admins can decide who gets to leave posts on goals: everyone in the organization or just members of the team assigned to the Key Results. To restrict who can make posts, head to the Org Settings>Manage Team Permissions
