Teams use Koan to stay aligned on their goals and make sure that everyone is up-to-date on the work that is planned, finished, or blocked. But sometimes you just want to get a quick overview of how your organization's goals are doing overall.

Company goals

If your organization has created Company-level OKRs, you'll be able to see your top level goals from there. Click on your company name in the top left corner and go to your organizational homepage:

This will show you the top-level goals for the company that were added into Koan. You can see how the objectives are tracking overall from the Objective Confidence Index:

You can also use Tree View if you want a deeper look into not only the company goals, but also any downstream OKRs that feed up into them:

Executive Team Goals

If your company has a team specifically for the Executive team and links downstream goals to the Executive Team's goals, you can utilize the Executive team's page as well. This will provide overall confidence on the Objectives for your team:
