Set up Single Sign On (SSO) to increase your organization’s security and quickly create Koan accounts for your team members. In order to set up SSO, you’ll need to be an administrator of both Koan and your SSO provider. If you’re not a Koan admin, you can request an existing admin give you access by following these steps:
Go to Organization settings in your left sidebar navigation.
Navigate to the Users page
Ensure that the team member who will be setting up SSO is added as a team member. If they aren’t, add them using the Invite button at the top of the user list.
Once they are added to the organization, click on the three dots menu to the right of their email address and select Set as Admin from the dropdown menu.
Once you’ve been properly set up as an admin in Koan, go to Organization settings and navigate to the SSO section. From there, you’ll be able to set up your team’s SSO provider.
