Even if you have teams assigned to a goal, you will still need to assign a lead and contributors to the goal. A lead is the person who is leading the goal and contributors are individuals who are actively working on the goal. All leads and contributors will be asked about their goals on a weekly basis in their reflections.

Adding Leads and Contributors to a key result

Select the three-dot icon to the right of the key result, and select Edit key result.

Scroll down to Leads and Contributors.

Select Add a lead to choose the individual who will be leading the effort behind the key result.

Select Add a contributor to choose the group of people who are actively working on this key result.

Select Save at the bottom of the page! That's it. All Leads and Contributors will be prompted to give weekly updates on the Key Result.

Note: We suggest you assign one lead and multiple contributors to your key results.

1. Select the three-dot icon to the right of the key result, and select Edit key result.
 
 
2. Scroll down to Leads and Contributors.
 
 
3. Select Add a lead to choose the individual who will be leading the effort behind the key result.
 
4. Select Add a contributor to choose the group of people who are actively working on this key result.
 
5. Select Save at the bottom of the page! That's it. All Leads and Contributors will be prompted to give weekly updates on the Key Result.
