Koan focuses on giving everyone a voice in their team, and we believe that your true identity is critical to having radically candid conversations. To support this, users have the option to add their pronouns to their Koan profiles. When completed, your pronouns will be visible on your profile page alongside your goals to everyone in your organization.

To add your pronouns to your profile, start by clicking your avatar in the lower lefthand corner:

From there, click Edit in the upper right corner:

Here, you can add your first and last name and pronouns, as well as your location, title, and bio:

These changes will then display in your profile:

Note: your pronouns are added only to your profile. They won't appear elsewhere in the product and we won't share them with any external integrations or third-party tools. This is visible to other users in your Koan instance only.
