Koan free and Pro will be provided with the standard self-service tools within the product, which have been carefully crafted for all organizations to set themselves up for success when migrating from Koan to Quantive Results self-service plans.

  • Onboarding emails: All new team members will receive several emails during their first week to guide them through using core Quantive features.
